This project is being designed and built for a client intent on creating their dream home.  Beginning as a remodel and small addition, as the client's full vision came into focus this project evolved into an almost complete demolition of the existing structures to make way for a new residence designed to fit this family's specific needs and lifestyle.  

This project recently garnered the Hope Ranch Home Owners Association approval and is currently moving through the County design review process.

This section shows the relationship between the exterior backyard courtyard, the Great Room, the Entry Foyer, and finally the front porch.  The drawing also shows how we plan to utilize the scissor truss to both span the width of the Great Room as well as give volume and visual interest along its interior.
